Step 3 - Completions panel not shown in toolbar

The Problem

I'm working through the tutorial for the first time and cannot find the completions panel in the toolbar. I think the copilot extension has been updated sometime in the past seven months and moved it somewhere new. I could work around this by using CTRL + ENTER as brought up in this community post.

Steps to Reproduce:

Follow through the tutorial to step three using Codespaces with the copilot extension setup in the devcontainer config. No additional configuration or tweaks were made to see this behavior.
