The record's own references point at the 8.5.13 release and at Concrete CMS's November 2023 blog post about updated CVEs and new releases: the fix for CVE-2023-28819 was backported to the 8.5 line in 8.5.13 (Packagist release 2023-11-07), via the referenced merge commit 85191b59 (PR #11749 "security-fixes-110623"), which is an ancestor of tag 8.5.13. The current single range
