Updated to the current form fields (the original submission predated them). The pinned commit is version 0.2.2 plus one metadata-only commit that adds the plugin.json manifest at plugins/firmament/.github/plugin/plugin.json, which the intake quality gates require (the plugin previously carried its manifest only at .claude-plugin/plugin.json). v0.2.2 guards the plugin's capture hooks behind a CLAUDECODE environment check so they only run under Claude Code and stay inert elsewhere. Pinned by full 40-character commit SHA (immutable).

Fixed the intake failures: updated the issue to the current form fields and filled the new required ones (Version 0.2.2, License MIT, Author Firmament, keywords), checked the submission checklist, and bumped the review target to release tag v0.2.2 = commit 137719ce2db955712899523c5c896ceed5c88c2b (immutable; tag and SHA point at the same commit).
