New version of the goal plugin available

Hello

I updated the plugin goal that is has been accepted in awesome copilot (version 1.0.0). it is now 1.1.0 and introduces the following changes:

• clearly explain the difference with Autopilot (see in my README)
• use GPT 5.6 Luna for builder subagent and Sol for Reviewer. It the best I found to minimize token cost while achieving a huge accuracy.
