Copilot CLI shows Error when submit any request: TypeError: fetch failed; Execution failed: fetch failed

Describe the bug

I am using WSL on Windows. I just installed Copilot CLI. I can start copilot. But when I submit any request, it shows me the error:

× Execution failed: fetch failed

The following is the screen output:
