[BUG] rebase and merge stack hangs indefinitely

I pressed rebase and merge stack on the 3rd pr in the stack (first screenshot). it's been hanging for at least 20 minutes.

It's in a private repo PR. I can provide the link privately if needed.

Also had this, then merged the first PR, and it caused conflicts in the trunk PR. :(

Same issue here. I merged the base PRs like normal, but they still show as Open in the stacked list. It also leaves the "Squash and Merge" button available, even without review. But, pressing it just results in a never-ending spinner, saying that it's "Merging" the already-merged base PRs.
