Installation Help

Hello, I'm trying to install and run the tool locally in a linux environment like runs in the github action environment, but the installation instructions don't make sense.  I don't have a gem file for my project (it's go).

I don't know how to deploy or work with ruby files, so any help that can be provided will go a long way.
