Multi (human) session usage

specify.implement question - I get sidetracked fixing things that aren't implemented correctly (or the way I want). The chat tends to drift, fixing these issues, and I am concerned that the context gets too large or loses focus.

How do others get the AI back on track in such situations? Do you start a new chat and ask it to look at the spec again? Example pronmpts would be helpful.
