About 25% of the time I'm noticing failures that I believe are calling GitHub apis.

Error: We couldn't respond to your request in time. Sorry about that. Please try resubmitting your request and contact us if the problem persists.
I've also seen Error: Server Error with no more additional details. Any idea what's causing this? Perhaps adding retry if the api is flakey?
