I can try to make that right side window smaller. I was hoping QT6 would solve a lot of the issues but it sounds like it doesn't? You downloaded 8.2 from the releases page, right? For the most part, your screenshot actually looks pretty good to me. |

I think we never seen the interface like Dale so we are more used to what he considers bad. The interface has always been tweaked mainly for Dale screen. Qt6 makes everything look similar for everyone. Maybe Dale you should post a screenshot of your 7.x for comparison and reference? Remember we don't know what 7.x looks like on your screen. |

windows will let me go up to 225% zoom so if I do any testing of that I will try 100% and 225%. Dale have you considered maybe 150% zoom? something between 100 and 250? |

It is those buttons near the bottom I believe that is causing it to fit them. For some reason I could never get that region to be less wide. It has to do with the layouts I'm using for them. I hate to reorganize them because my muscle memory knows where to press for average, rotate, delete and update. |

Thanks. We can probably resize all this to your preference. I had a look at your screen specs. It's exactly double squared resolution of any standard 17" screen. That means your 200% will look like our 100%. What is you preferred windows scaling for all other apps ? If that's 250% then we simply need to do something that looks fine at 125% on our side and Qt6 will make it look the same on your end. Kindly confirm your preferred scaling and we will look at it as soon as we have some time (I can't do more than phone web answers right now but it's still important to me). |

Thanks for feedback. Let's just open an issue each time you have a display bug and we will take care of it. |

I just got around to testing the newer version and in particular the new blur. I'm impressed with how well it does. Good work George. I did not think it could be improved to that point.
I'm having trouble with the over all display now that Qt tries to honor large DPI screens. I get a very horizontally compressed screen that becomes low resolution. I have to set my screen scale settings to 100% down from it's usual 250%. That then makes it's graphs good but the text is too tiny to read. sigh. Also then all my icons and other apps become too small to read or see. Sigh.
I can't think of a solution. But if any other users have a large DPI screen like my 4k display laptop they will have problems. This is not a bug report so I just did a discussion so you all can see it.
Unfortunatly I find the new version impossible to use with those display issues. So I'm using 7.x. I'm not sure if I can get a source version that will compile on Qt that I can play with. I think you all said the current master will. I just have not had the time to try it.
