Link to default colors in readme is taking to wrong page

The link in the readme for default colors takes to this link instead of taking to the actual file of colors, which I suppose should be this one.

this was a small fix, so I made the PR without waiting for assigning this issue to me. I hope this wouldn't be an issue : )
