Hello All,

As a reminder here is the link to our google sheet that has tabs Day 0 - Nov 7, Day 1 - Nov 8, and Day 2 - Nov 9. Each tab has the events for the day lists along with corresponding names for the various time slots. I also sent invites to each of you for the various events throughout universe we are tasking you to participate in. If you have any conflicts please let me know. The sheet also has the location and addresses at the top. At the start of each day there will be 1-hour before the first workshop of the day for all the facilitators for the day to prep/test.

Here is a high-level breakdown for each day, however please reference the google sheet for details.

📆 Day 0 - Nov 7:

• 8:30-9:30am 1-hour prep time at the start of the day for the facilitators presenting this same day
• 4 Workshop sessions (check to see if you are a facilitator or audience support facilitator for the day)

📆 Day 1 - Nov 8:

• 9:30-10:30am 1-hour prep time at the start of the day for the facilitators presenting this same day
• 3 Workshop sessions (check to see if you are a facilitator or audience support facilitator for the day)
• Some facilitators are also assigned to help at the Certification and Workshop table (YBCA location)
• 🎉 All facilitators are invited to the Certification launch party at HQ from 4:30-6pm 🍹

Hi @jenachiccino , I have a customer meeting at 2:00 on Thu Nov 9. This is at the end of a session that I am helping with audience support. I would prefer to leave a little early to prep for the customer call.
