Gitlens Inspect > search need the total number of search results, quickly view the total number of results.
e.g. Serch results for author: gimjin message:^fix (total commits: 20)

This is what we have today:

We stop the search after a number of matches, controlled by the gitlens.advanced.maxSearchItems setting to help limit how long the search will take.

Yes, but author:gimjin message:^feat -message:Merge result show undefined, some situations are abnormal.
