ffmpeg error

I am receiving the error:

'ffmpeg' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

with every generation. I ran pip install ffmpeg but it did not fix this issue. Any help would be great because its nice to see the waveforms. Running Windows 10 - cmd run.bat file

Additionally, I just installed ffmpeg into C:\ffmpeg and added the bin folder to my Path. relaunched and still receiving the error...

Ok solved. I realized I wasn't running in venv.
used: .\venv\Scripts\activate
checked ffmpeg with ffmpeg -version
followed by .\run.bat to launch
