code browser Remote Explorer view will not change after tunnel

Bug description

When we open code browser with local-app, after tunnel, code Remote Explorer should update once tunnel succeed.

I don't use tunnel 0.0.0.0, so I don't know how it was before. Code related has not been modified (workbench), this may have been the case before. cc @akosyakov
