Can't use workspace-dotnet-vnc

Bug description

I can't use gitpod's workspace-dotnet-vnc for avalonia project OpenUtau. I was able to use it in September 2022, but I can't use it now.

When I run dotnet build in terminal, it prints these error messages:

I've run into the same issue trying to run msbuild for my aspdotnet project
