use tree rendering for remote branches list

right now its a list of entries that all start with the remote name.
for the same purpose we have the tree component already in the file lists that we should reuse

if you dont mind reviewing I would like to try this stab at it ?
Is there anything else that I should look at while working on this.

@sum12 feel free to take a go at it, but note that this is by no means a good first issue. since it involes not only visualization but also all the navigation needs adjustment so that commands are sensitive whether you are currently selecting a node or a leaf in the tree.
