Newsletter via existing field functions

I am not a dev. An contact/email collector for newsletters could be built on the basis of the existing messages and comments field functions. Those software mechanisms there could be used for a newsletter collector in a way that vvveb collects contacts and emails and they can be exported via rest api/export file to external special marketingmailer like emailit, mailchimp, mailerlite or similar. These can provide special newsletter functions such as double opt-out/in GDPR-compliant, but a simple workflow could be possible this way.
