I'm trying to run Phylosift to classify a metagenomic dataset but I have this error:

Error: requested HMM banded DP mx of 3903.86 Mb > 2500.00 Mb limit.

and the output is a html file with no results.

Has anyone encounter such error and did it resolve it?
