[Feature Request]  Please make this available via conda

I am trying to add this to a pipeline at my institute.  I want to be able to export the conda environment and have others replicate the compute environment.  As of now, this is the only program in the pipeline that is not available via bioconda. 

`conda install -c bioconda phylosift`

Would be the ideal situation.  Is this possible?
