broken link to download?

Hello,

I am trying to download PhyloSift using the following link:
http://edhar.genomecenter.ucdavis.edu/~koadman/phylosift/phylosift_latest.tar.bz2

It returns a "Server Not Found" error:
"We can’t connect to the server at edhar.genomecenter.ucdavis.edu."

Is the link broken?

But there is a version available from:
