Multi-region HA

Any recommendations on how this might extend to be a multi-region HA solution for Maven?

Ideally a push should be able to be done to either region and then visible on both (eventually consistent is ok).

S3 supports cross region replication but not bi-directionally which is a bit of a wrench in how it can be done simply.

This is interesting. So based on the fact that bucket names are unique, regardless of region, the wagon shall download the artefacts.
Will find something elegant for this.
