python: can't open file 'remove_miner_fees.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory

1.I followed the steps given, I see python remove_miner_fees.py when i LS, but when I try running it with this command, I get following error. It's in root directory, as I see it, but here it is. What's the solution ?
I have 0 linux knowledge, today even started viewing Linux command line tutorials so I could just run this script:))

:sudo python remove_miner_fees.py

:python: can't open file 'remove_miner_fees.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory

2. Does 9999 port need change, because I am mining in pool which is ported 4444/14444 (hiveon)? Or does this affect creator pool?
