Allow custom CDNs for twemoji

With #16, it makes sense not to hardcode a CDN (provided the image schema stays the same).

There is an "official" fork: https://github.com/jdecked/twemoji
Which uses jsDelivr allowing latest, base: https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/gh/jdecked/twemoji@latest/assets/

I've published an official fork of Twemoji at @twemoji/api on NPM, starting at v14.1.0. The default CDN is jsDelivr, so this issue (twitter/twemoji#580) is resolved

This issue twitter/twemoji#580 (comment) and the new module is called @twemoji/api and it's already available on npm.

I am closing this issue as no more work will be done in this repository around this library, or better ... nobody that doesn't work @ Twitter would likely do anything in here to change the current state.
