Backend resilience during startup

Registrator has backend resilience baked in once things operate normally (-retry-* parameters). However, this does not kick in during startup and the program exits. Would be nice to have this instead of adding a helper like wait-for-it to the image.

I'm not the most experienced Go dev, but in fact, I considered trying to implement this. Decided I first wanted to make sure there is a chance to get this into your fork.
