Provide option to use src/main/java/org/globalbioticinteractions/elton/util/NanoPubWriter.java with nanodash templates

The nanopublications created by Elton - e.g. as in https://depot.globalbioticinteractions.org/reviews/globalbioticinteractions/template-dataset/nanopub.trig - currently differ in some ways from nanopublications created via nanodash, e.g. the latter are signed and timestamped.

If nanodash templates could be used, then (a) the nanodash ecosystem opens up for these nanopublications, (b) those templates could assist others in reviewing datasets not reviewed by GloBI.

Thanks! Could you please add a specific example of a current nanopublication as well as a nanopub you'd like to see instead?

@jhpoelen Existing nanodash templates can be found at https://nanodash.petapico.org/publish . I think none of them is directly suitable for your purposes, so we would first have to create a suitable one, for which I suspect @tkuhn to have some ideas.

@Daniel-Mietchen thanks for responding! Surprising that there's no template for species interactions, especially since GloBI was an early adopter of nanopubs.

In my mind, a clear example and a specific use cause may very well provide a solid foundation for an improved integration between GloBI and the nanopub-verse.

Curious to hear what @tkuhn et al. imagine on the benefit of having species interaction claims in the nanopub-verse.
