Automate build dependency installation - OSX #38
Description
Automate installation of system requirement for the APAF development environment setup for Mac OS X.
Following the guide available on https://github.com/mmaker/APAF/wiki/Build-System-HowTo
The resulting environment should automate the download, installation and setup of all dependencies, including patching of broken/buggy packages.
