Question: Has gdrive3 aligned or surpassed gdrive2 these days?

Since this project, gdrive3, is now at v3.9.1, how closely aligned to gdrive2 would you say it is in terms of functionality? I am referring to the note at the top of the README stating, "This is the successor of gdrive2, though at the moment only the most basic functionality is implemented". So, would you say most everything has been implemented, or that it has long surpassed it, or . . . ? That's the kind of information I am looking for, since documentation is only available for v2, and the release notes for this project are pretty sparse in terms of comparison—especially for new users. Can't use it myself or recommend it to anyone else without knowing this, so I appreciate your time and response.

It seems that the development on this project stopped in 2023.

I needed the "sync" functionality (also delete files after upload or download to match directory contents) so I started a fork to work on that.

Also making everything run in parallel to use as much as possible of the available network bandwidth.
I can ping when something is available.

Did you have particular needs from gdrive2? (I'm a user of the original no-v-at-all what was implemented in Go wayyyy back then so I'm not familiar with particular v2 improvements.)

Disappointed to see this stopped. At least i can download a file with it for now. I was a long time user of drive2 but now google will not answer and oauth2 request. I guess this is why it is out of comission? Access blocked: drive for Google Drive’s request is invalid. Are there no more options left for a google drive cli? Return to Dropbox?
