I see that their serial numbers are incorrect, but maybe there is a way to upload other identification information there in this case?

we generally see such kind of serialnumbers on laptop, for embedded screen.

Here there's probably an issue with that manufacturers. I decoded EDID block from the "base64" field and didn't see any interesting data.

Can you confirm few points ? How they are connected to the computer ? If they are via HDMI can you try to connect them via another port kind as I know some manufacturers fails to report a good EDID bloc via hdmi ?
Can you confirm what's host OS ? And also can you share the expected S/N for these monitor ? I'll check if they can be encoded in an exotic way in the EDID bloc.
