Upgrade outdated dependencies

The following dependencies are not up-to-date.

• PHP altcha-org/altcha: 1.3 -> 2.0
• NPM @fontsource/inter: 4.5 -> 5.2
• NPM @fortawesome/fontawesome-free: 6.7 -> 7.2
• NPM @fullcalendar/*: 4.2 -> 6.1
• NPM echarts: 5.6 -> 6.0
• NPM hotkeys-js: 3.13 -> 4.0
• NPM jquery: 3.7 -> 4.0
• NPM tinymce: 7.9 -> 8.4

All these updates represent a big step, they could break some features (although I don't think fontawesome-free can do that).

A quick look reveals that they made significant changes to the jQuery 4 core. Several tests may be necessary to switch to that version for GLPI functions. It would be a good improvement for GLPI 12 (which is unlikely, as its release is only a few months away) or 13.

We really don't want to continue using jQuery at all. There are no real benefits to upgrading versus just replacing its usages with plain JavaScript or modern JS framework code (like Vue).

Vue looks more powerfull and secure, has i see vue is already bundled with GLPI 11
