Bug description
Describe the bug
It is not possible to change the password of local users in GLPI 11.0.6: the password field appears locked (showing a padlock icon), even when the user uses "GLPI database" as authentication method and a Super-Admin account with all permissions is used.
To Reproduce
Log in as a Super-Admin user.
Go to Administration → Users.
Select any user that has "GLPI database" as their authentication method.
Go to the Password tab.
The password field is locked, shows a padlock, and cannot be edited.
Expected behavior
Super-Admin should be able to change the password for any local user (authenticated by the GLPI database).
