Feedback doesn't work

Describe the bug
See glue-viz/glue#2537 (comment).

I tried making a request to this endpoint directly (using the expected key) and also get a 404. It looks like this is/was an app running on Heroku, but without being able to access it I don't know why the request is failing. I know Heroku closed their free tier - could this be related to that?

To Reproduce
In the Qt glue app, go to Help > Send Feedback. Fill out the form and try to submit. The window won't close, and in the error console there's a 404 error form the request.

Expected behavior
Feedback should be successfully submitted.

I think this used to be run by @ChrisBeaumont. I wonder whether we should retire this in favor of just having the feedback menu item go to the GitHub issue tracker, or we could have a dialog that gives the email address and then also has a button to click to go to the issue tracker. We could then also provide any diagnostics information we'd want people to copy into an email or an issue.
