Create a modular packaged application

Expected Behavior

JPackage builds for Scene Builder should be modularised.

Current Behavior

JPackage builds use classpath even though the app itself is modularised

It works for me on Ubuntu 24.04.3, java 25, javafx 25.0.1

Indeed in past, for Scene Builder 8, Gradle was used as build tool. However, for newer versions the project migrated to Maven. Thanks for sharing the instructions and the Gradle Build branch. Well, I'll look into it.

However, a true modular build is also possible with Maven but requires adjustments of the POM. The question for me here is, do we have some Maven plugins available for this job or is manual work (e.g. Maven-Exec-Plugin) needed.
