IOS "is not a MetricKit client"

An app I have shipped in the past that I have made some simple updates to is crashing on iOS with the message; "...is not a MetricKit client".

Has anyone seen this before -can't find too much with a search. 

I am building on Java23, JFX 23, gluonfx-maven-plugin:1.0.25 and the latest Graal from gluon. I am on an M1 with current Xcode.
