chroot type compilation fails - libgfxdr_la-xdr-generic ?

Hi guys.
Hopefully @devel peek in here sometimes - is it that my compilation somewhere escapes my chroot:

specifically this line? :

If is it chroot issue then where, at which point during compilation -or is it another issue?
