Download repo has been down for a few days. Any chance on fixing it?

Indeed, seems there is a recurring problem with the new server who fail to start. I didn't notice sooner as I am on PTO and do not check github that much.

I see that caddy changed its userid (it was 981, now that's 982). I changed again, but it may likely fail again until it is fully diagnosed.
