Add note to readme about seeing it in use at textblock.io

In deciding whether to use this library, it would be extremely helpful to see an example page using it that we can test on multiple screen sizes to experience the value added first hand

Hi @cmmartin — we plan to add a note in the readme but you can see it in action at https://textblock.io/ (it’s a much older version but it does the same thing)
