[Feature] Support for Obsidian CLI

Problem

File operations are messy and costly.

When the agent moves files, it breaks links, the agents are smart enough to fix it, but it's token and time consuming.
When extracting/searching for information Obsidian CLI will do a better job than Grep/find

I was able to do this by pointing CC at Kepano's repo and at the obsidian cli official page, and having it make a plan in plan mode. can confirm it's better, but might be against the lightweight philosophy of this project. I have no idea how to "show my work" or what I did using git unfortunately, but can report that it is pretty easy to do and works well.

I am also in favor of this feature request. As the OP said, when the notes are moved around, the links could break. Using agents to fix the links consume token and time and can be unreliable.

Beyond that, there are also attachments used in notes that also need to be fixed. The problem with using agent to move attachments is that each user may have a different preference of attachment storage. For instance, some user may prefer having all the attachments in one folder in the root folder of the vault, while others may prefer a local attachment folder in the same location as the notes. In addition, some users prefer to duplicate the attachments even if they are stored elsewhere etc. It is easy for agents to mess around since the rules are not explicitly stated in the prompts. On the other hand, these issues are well handled by the hooks in the plugins users installed, and by using obsidian-cli skills one can leverage these hooks without extra costs of users repeating the rules in the prompts.

I agree this is an extra dependency, but i personally feel the benefits outweigh the burden.
