[Feature] Custom add speedtest provider

• My feature does not exist in the latest version of MySpeed.
• I have checked that my feature has not been suggested by anyone else.

Your Idea

I want to use nodes from China for testing, but currently it does not support adding custom nodes. I hope to have this feature in the future.
