Outdated docs and missing exe

• I have updated to the latest version of MySpeed.
• My bug has not been reported yet.

The Bug

Docs here state to download exe: https://docs.myspeed.dev/setup/windows
While there is no exe on the releases page.

I ran into this issue as well and fixed it in my fork. It provides current Windows .exe releases, if useful, you can find them here.
