As a user making a maketx call from an uninitialized account, I get the ambiguous account xyz does not exist error

Desired State

As a user making a maketx call from an uninitialized account, I get an error message that sends me to the faucet so I could make a 1st transaction and initialize my account.

Steps to reproduce

• Run a maketx call
• Use an account that never had to or from transactions
