App lockup when remote url cannot connect

Steps to reproduce

1. create a transaction link with - for example - a wrong port to connect to (https://rpc.gno.land:12345)
2. Click approve
3. app gets stuck 60 seconds trying to connect (cannot approve or cancel transaction)
4. you cannot do anything and have to wait
