chore: investigate difference in max borrowable

Investigate why is max borrowable in calculated in isHealthy in core smaller than one calculated on frontend.

After investigation I have concluded that this doesn't happen; for most of the time the values are equal but every now and then what happens is, after executing transaction there is a 1500ms window for a refetch, if the db is not updated in that timeframe via indexer the refetched data will be stale. Because of this I have set the refetch timeout to 2s which results in a response that seem sto be "laggy" since data is not updated immediately.

Regardless, this should be fixed when #42 is solved.

PS - i checked with changing both the factors affecting max borrowable (collateral price, collateral). Close if this answer is satisfactory
