error: ignoring const execution_exception& while preparing to exit

I see this error in our CI scripts, not sure its from Octave or `docker exec`:
```
 error: ignoring const execution_exception& while preparing to exit
```
Seems harmless but I wanted to have an issue to refer to it in case I see it again later and panic...
