jemalloc-sys 0.3.1 and 0.3.2 were published with a rep/ directory

The published packages for jemalloc-sys 0.3.1 and 0.3.2 include an extra rep/ directory that's not in the repo:

It looks like that's a second copy of the jemalloc sources, but it's not exactly the same as jemalloc/. The rep/ files have newer timestamps, and there's a VERSION file with unhelpful 0.0.0-0-g0000000000000000000000000000000000000000.
