Gateway & API logs

Hi,
first, love your work!

I think I have a real noob question:
I like to store/process Gateway and API logs.

Hence I did this
environment:
TWS_SETTINGS_PATH: /home/ibgateway/tws_settings

volume:
- /srv/docker/ib-gateway-paper/tws_settings:/home/ibgateway/tws_settings

There is life in the folder:
jts.ini
xmlopt.dat
<a folder with a crazy long name, like odddi....>

and
launcher.log

How I get the gateway and api log in there as well - or another folder?
