What did you expect to see?

Hello , I am having another problem with site. I need to renew my SSL certificate for speedway-grocery.com. I go through the usual processes but not getting the usual responses. I will put up a screenshot later. I used the same commands to renew a Let’s Encrypt certificate.

What did you see instead?

I seen a error messages that said that it wasn't able connect to certain directories and the certificate was signed by an unknown authority.

1. Input commands in order to renew a Let's Encrypt certificate.
2. Press Enter
3. The error message said it couldn't connect to certain directories and the certificate was signed by unknown authority.
