same behavior as described in #31074 with a repository runner but i don't know what the cause might be i'm running the act_runner from https://hub.docker.com/r/gitea/act_runner/tags
act_runner nightly 0.2.11+19-g5302c25:
gitea logs with nightly:
it just repeats this over and over again only changing those yellow hashes:
act_runner latest 0.2.11:
