How to Implement Caching for Specific Tables ?

I am currently using the GORM cache plugin and would like to know how to implement caching for specific tables only. Is there a way to configure the plugin to cache queries or results for designated tables while excluding others?

Any guidance or examples would be greatly appreciated!
