Can the occupied port 2978 be replaced with another free port?

Rod Version: v0.116.2
OS: win11

When Hyper‑V is turned on on my machine, ports 2956-3055 will be excluded. This will cause rod to keep requesting port 2978, causing an infinite loop and subsequent code to fail to run normally.

Is it possible to support custom ports or automatically detect a free port?
